What To Expect

The Discover Your Destiny seminar is designed to present the biblical teaching about life, death, and beyond. The Mysteries of Life and Afterlife referenced on the Home page will be revealed in three primary sessions. Each session will explore one of the three stages of human existence. All crucial questions find their answers in the Bible, God’s Word.

Stage one is existence in a body. This stage is called life. Specifically, it refers to your physical life from the moment of conception until its end at physical death. In this session, you will also discover where you came from, the purpose of your existence in a body, and how you can be prepared for the two stages of existence that will follow.

Stage two is existence out of a body. This stage is called death. Specifically, it refers to the inevitable reality that you will experience physical death and enter into your second stage of existence. In this session, you will discover what happens to you between the exact point at which physical death occurs and the moment you experience a bodily resurrection.

Stage three is existence back in a body. This stage is called beyond. Specifically, it refers to the physical resurrection of believers and what happens to them in eternity, the unending afterlife. You will discover what kind of resurrected body you will have, where you will be, some of the things you will be doing, and the fact that your final stage of existence will never end. The truth of what happens to non-believers will also be made clear.

The schedule will require at least one hour per session to cover the seminar material thoroughly. That should give time for questions from the participants at the end of each session. Of course, the more time available, the more opportunity people have to receive the information they need and to make an in-depth examination of the Scripture text. We can adjust days and hours to meet the needs of the local congregation or organization. When we connect, I can share best-case scenarios for days and times based on previous seminars.

The author is aware of many changes in our culture's understanding of death as we near the end of 2025. From a biblical worldview, most of this cultural shift is harmful and potentially dangerous. The "culture of death" has become a common phrase that reflects a sad reality for far too many. It is this author's prayer that young and old alike will reject those who teach you to embrace death. Death is not your friend; it does not need to be embraced but defeated.
